Cancellation Policy
BOOKING
We kindly ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit for haircut & color services that is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to the total service cost.
Cash, Venmo, debit & credit are accepted at the time of your appointment to settle the balance of your service!
LATE ARRIVALS
We strive to maintain a punctual schedule. All appointments have a 15-minute "grace period" that is set aside if you are running a few minutes late. However late arrivals that exceed 15 minutes, will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice before your appointment. Your deposit will be pushed to your next appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged a cancellation fee of half of their total service cost.
NO-SHOWS
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in a "no-show" fee of the total cost of your service. If you no show and book again in the future, you will be required to pay your service cost in advance.
EMERGENCIES
We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and find a suitable solution!
